A) Resolution adopting/not adopting the Town of Colonie 's 2008 Entitlement Action Plan and authorizing the Supervisor to submit said plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and to execute all related documents pertaining to the CDBG, HOME and Section 8 Programs. 7:00 Public Hearing in connection with a proposed local law amending Chapter 181 of the Code of the Town of Colonie - “Vehicle & Traffic Codification” to amend the following schedule thereof: Schedule IX – “No Parking Anytime”.
