The Senior Resources Department
The Senior Resources Department is a Town of Colonie department, established in 1979. Their approach is to provide helpful, caring support and services for our older residents and their caregivers, helping to enrich and maintain the quality of their life. The department’s outreach efforts include linking families with needed services, advocacy for older adults with multiple needs, social work intervention, caregiver information and support, as well as consumer knowledge education and health prevention programming.
