Records
Records is responsible for data entry, as well as the processing and maintaining of information
pertaining to official reports and arrest records. All Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests are
received and processed by Records personnel. This unit reviews all Police Officer documented reports
for content, clarity and completeness.
