The Crossings of Colonie is located at 580 Albany Shaker Road, just six-tenths of a mile east of Wolf Road.

The park can be accessed by road at both of the following locations:
Albany Shaker Road
and
Metro Park Road
(located off of Wolf Road adjacent to the Wolf Road Shoppers Park)
