is speedy the spider and he
is going to help you untangle the web. By this we mean he’s
going to help you understand all about the World Wide Web, so
you will feel comfortable using it. At the end of each section
he is going to give you a clue for your scavenger hunt paper.
You can ask the librarian for one of these before you start. At
the end of the course, if you’ve followed directions carefully,
Speedy will have a surprise for you. He’s counting on you
not to cheat. Remember, speedy has 40,000,000 relatives out there
and some live in your house and all of them bite! SO DON’T
