I love to read and they are always very helpful when I need to locate a book that is not available.

All I needed was a quiet place to work, and this branch hit the mark. It’s quiet, there is space for people who have their own equipment, the wifi is free, the staff is friendly and helpful without being in the way.

I’d be lost without my library!

Where else can you go no matter who or what you are and the world is open to go explore for free.

It is always safe, welcoming, and lovely.  It is everything to me and has helped me heal and grow in so many ways.

You guys are the best! Very important to my daily life.

Staff are very lovely and helpful.

I love Sanford Library because it’s welcoming and makes me feel like a part of the community.

[The library] offers so much to the community.

The staff is so friendly and kind. It’s such a great free resource for mothers and babies/ children. I can’t recommend this enough.

I am grateful for our library because it opens my world!

Great for kids and adults. Hours of fun.

What’s not to love? Tons of books. A beautiful building. Very nice employees. Escape from the crazy world.

Love that beautiful pollinator garden out front!

Great environment and everyone here is great.

The staff and this library have consistently been awesome and clearly enjoy what they do!

Wide selection of large print books and wonderful resources available.

I love their children’s section. Lots of books and toys!

I have been there on several occasions for meetings. The staff is always friendly and helpful and very welcoming.

They’re one of best libraries in the Capital District.

Thank you for making me feel welcome when I moved from out of state.

The library has kept my brain alive through (and before) the pandemic.

The Colonie Library has been part of our family for nearly 40 years. It has provided information and entertainment for our children, and now for me and my husband in our senior years.

As a kid, I loved doing the reading challenges. As a teen, I would go with my friends to the library to hang out and talk about books. Nowadays I borrow ebooks for my kindle. I’ve grown up with my library.

I really enjoy studying here!
