Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday- 8 to 9:15 a.m.
Wednesday -8 to 10 a.m.
Morning office hours to provide blood pressure checks, small dressing changes, medication, diet and general health counseling, as well as injections.

Home visits to homebound individuals or those with limited transportation. Home setting services include blood pressure monitoring, injections, wound care, diet and health counseling, assistance with medications, diabetic monitoring, newborn assessments, and individua1/family teaching.

Any town resident may receive nursing services as long as they are under the care of their own physician. Services are provided free of charge.
