Biography:

David Rowley is a lifelong resident of the Town of Colonie and resides in the Village of Menands with his wife and four children. He obtained his Juris Doctorate at Albany Law School while also pursuing a Masters of Business Administration at Union University. He was admitted to practice law in New York State and the U.S. District Court (N.D.N.Y) in 1988 and the U.S. District Court (S.D.N.Y.) in 1991. He is a partner in the United States oldest operating law firm Cooper, Erving and Savage and specializes in municipal and personal injury defense.
