261. Resolution adjourning the public hearing regarding a proposed local law amending Local Law 19 of 2007, which reclassified the zoning of 605 Albany Shaker Road and 210 Maxwell Road as Planned Development District (PDD) by modifying the residential uses provided for therein.

263. Resolution awarding bids for the purchase of shirts and fleece jackets for the
Emergency Medical Services Department.
264. Resolution authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval
of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings.
265. Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with Wild Goose
Chase for geese/gull control at various Town facilities for the year 2010.
266. Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a maintenance agreement
with Apex Sewer for the drains at the Town of Colonie Golf Course and various Town facilities.
