Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to execute a State Environmental Quality Review Short Environmental Assessment Form naming the Town of Colonie as Lead Agency and making a negative declaration in connection with the Albany County Storm Water Coalition Inter-Municipal Agreement Amendment No. 1. 552. Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Albany County Storm Water Inter-Municipal Agreement. 553. Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse water usage charges to Lyvie Colbert at 39 Collegeview Drive . 554. Resolution awarding bid to Gorman in connection with the purchase of two (2) ambulances for the Emergency Medical Services Department. 555. Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Lab Support in connection with Direct Hire Services and Staffing for the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant for the DPW/Latham Water Division. 556. Resolution awarding bid to Ayer Sales, Inc. in connection with supplying a Landfill Gas Condensate System for the DPW/Division of Environmental Services. 561. Resolution determining, for purposes of compliance with the provisions of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), that the adoption of resolution No. 562 for 2010 will not have a significant effect on the environment. 562. Resolution subject to permissive referendum authorizing the Supervisor to execute any and all documents necessary for the conveyance of 160 Wolf Road pursuant to Resolution #370 for 2010.
