Introduction

Since being formed in 1996, DPW efficiencies have developed in several areas including, but not limited to, staffing flexibility, improved purchasing practices, pooling of managers, and improved planning and coordination of public works related projects.

As the Town continues to move forward, many new challenges and concerns lie ahead. By developing this centralized department, department heads are managing in a manner which allows for the excellent services the Town provides for its citizens not only to be maintained, but improved.
